Inspired

Today was just one of those days when I kept getting inspired to do some much need home improvement.  I showed my brother-in-law my plans for home security and he told me he liked the idea.  What isn't to like?  I have already decided that I was going to use the SmartThing hub to detect motion in my home and that automation will send me a notification on my cell phone.  However I want to take it one step further.  I have been thinking of wifi HD camera that will trigger once motion is detected or perhaps have the automation notify 9-1-1 itself.  In 2013, most police departments have the ability to receive text messages. This is going to get extremely interesting.  I cannot wait till SmartThings arrives so I can get started.
